6. Submit all documentation to lender necessary to obtain your loan.

7. Property Management: One of the most important steps in owning out of state real estate is dealing with a reliable local property management company. We have selected reputable established companies that will select a quality tenant (rental applicants are screened extensively), then submit to YOU the owner for final approval. Through their local contacts with reputable vendors they are able to get you lower repair costs in a timely fashion. Services include: tenant walk-thru, property inspections, 24 hour maintenance, accurate monthly accounting, and aggressive rent collection, all at competitive rate.
